Hi ladies..i love all of your signatures & was wondering if somebody can make me one please?

I have attached alot pics, i dont mindf which ones are used just thought i would give you a choice...If possible i would like limes and pale blues, mabye a hint of pink too.I would also like it to say 04.12.08 and 7lb2oz.(sorry for being so fussy)
