Can I take Soy Isoflavones ?? HELP please

So I'm on cd74 can I take soy Isoflavones to help get ovulation or Af?

This cycle is driving me crazy.

I was going to wait another 3days and if Af hasn't arrived because I thought I may have ovulated on cd64 but that's impossible by the look off my chart right?? x

I wouldn't. Soy iso should only be taken within the first 9 days of your cycle. If taken incorrectly then it can actually hurt your fertility. Good luck!

I did on CD 37 but absolutely NO O day so I guess I'm trying to kick start AF to do this for real.
