I've seen women get BFP's as early as 9dpo, however the earlier you test the more likely it is your get a false BFN so if you do test and it's not good try not to be disappointed cause there is still hope.
Also, how are you determining that you are 10dpo? Have you charted or used ovulation tests? The reason I ask is that for most people the length of their luteal phase (the time between ovulation and when af comes) is 12 to 16 days. So at 11dpo you are not likely "late" unless you have a history of shorter luteal phases and know this because you have charted in the previous cycles.
Also, it's not uncommon for cycles to fluxuate abit after coming off the pill
