Can I use......

a sore throat spray? My throat is a little itchy & I want to get a hand on it before it starts to really hurt.

So can I use it?
Its active ingredient is Phenol.

have some tea with lemon and honey or better yet mix chopped lemon with honey and sugar and eat it. It's nasty but you'll wake up tomorrow like it never happened

I read that you can use Chloraseptic throat spray. The active ingredient in that is Phenol.
