can it cause a false negitive?

I have been taking Addarall ir for about 3 years now, well on march 3rd my husband and i did our first round of ici, i had just ended my normal HEAVY period on the 2nd of March, well on the 29th i had somewhat of a period it lasted 3 days (normally i last 5 heavy bleeding) and was more like spotting, i only seen blood when i wiped and used a panty liner nothing more. well also on the 19th of March i weighed 164, and now i weigh 172. anyway i have taken a bunch of HPT and all have been neg my question is does anyone know if Adderall can cause a false neg? I feel pregnant especially today i am so nauseated and my boobs hurt so bad, and husband says they are getting bigger... Sorry about all the details i just wanna get some good advice from anyone who feels like they would like to help me out.. Thanks
