Can not afford a Tubal Reversal

For all of you who have had a Tubal Ligation Reversal, how much did the surgery cost you, and was it difficult to come up with the money to pay for it? I am a SAHM of 4 beautiful babies. I got my tubes tied about 1 year ago, and I deeply regret it . I have done some research about Tubal Reversals, but I can only afford it in my wildest dreams ! Just wondering how much it cost and maybe some ways to save up the money for it!

If you have had the surgery, was it successful? How long did it take to get pregnant again?

I'm from Arkansas and my reversal cost 6,800. I used my taxes to pay for it cause I couldn't afford it ether. I had my reversal March 2011 with no luck yet. Hope this info helps!!

My TR is scheduled next month. I'm going to Rio Bravo in Mexico...the surgery is only $2800. I was quoted $5500 locally (Florida) With travel and other misc expences its STILL $1500 cheaper.... There are a few ladies who have gone there on this site. www.riobravoreversal.com But I see you are in Texas so they might be just what you are looking for... Good Luck

I had my TR in Monterrey, Mexico and it cost me about $1500. I had it done in March 2012 and have had to CPs so I would say the TR worked, but I have yet to get a sticky bean. I got my first BFP 6 months after my TR and my second BFP 9 months after my TR. I am going in 2 weeks to get my HSG and then on to IUI. Success depends on many factors as Jenafyr said. Good luck!!
