Can someone check my temps post o plz

My chart is in my signature.... Wondering if they are too low post o. It used to be normal and then i toom a fertility herb. After a few months i took a break and my lp has gone down by 1 and my cycle is at least 5 days shorter. My other charts my temp would really incrrase and now its not doing much at all

Wow yeah it's pretty much the same the whole way through. Do you get a positive opk now? I noticed they're all neg on your chart and you skip days...its possible you had an anovulayory cycle. It's also possible you don't release a lot of progesterone which is what increases Temps, which is okay, but I would hope for a more biphasic chart post O...
