I feel like a damn hot air balloon! I have so much trapped gas it is painful to sit! I am at work and felt no shame when bending over trying to let one rip to no avail! I think gas-x or beano is in my near future!

i had this too. seen my docs. for it werent much help! change of diet they say. drink plenty of water and plenty of exercise is the best, the more you move the better, ive had my gall bladder removed so i suffer badly cos of not having one x
