Can someone pls explain estrogen levels!

Hi ladies, I'm hoping someone will be able to explain what my estrogen level means, it was 470 and they told me to come back in a week for another blood test. Also, do the US and UK measure it differently?

Any help / clarification would be greatly appreciated!
