No, you can put them in your ignore but they cant stop you seeing there posts, only admin can do that I think.

I think if someone puts you on their ignore list you can no longer see their posts but im not 100% sure hun x

You get to choose whos threads you can and can't see (by using the ignore list). You can't block others from seeing your posts.
