Can you even guess from these photos?

It wasn't an official ultrasound. The doctor just pulled in a portable ultrasound for fun at my appointment yesterday and we snapped a shot.

What do you think? Can you even tell?

Are you finding out? Did you have a scan at end of first tri that we can take a look at and try guess?

We will be finding out.

But no. Apparently where I live now, we only get a 20 week scan. I did get an early one at 6 and 8 weeks to rule out ectopic though. Didn't get a picture however

I tried to study the skull theory. Then I guessed girl based on how round it looks in the pic. But I really don't know haha.

It could be a girl. My guess could be totally wrong. We've both got 50/50 chance of being right

Forgot to say before - you have to wait until 20 weeks for a scan? What about the genetic testing for Down's etc at 12/13 weeks?

That's optional. I said I didn't need it. And it's a blood test or something here. I lived here with my first and I only had one scheduled ultrasound at 20 weeks. But then I was hospitalized and got a few more.

So they did ask if I had an early dating scan, but they did it at 8 weeks, so I don't know how accurate it was.

I have no idea as the pic doesn't contain baby's nub, but aww so cute!!

Yeah, it's not the best picture. Oh well. Hopefully by next ultrasound I'll know the gender.
