I'm sure I've seen people say you can through the photobucket app

You can't upload them straight to here. You need to put them on photobucket first

Yes you can, you need need to be using desktop version. Use advanced reply and click on the paper clip. You'll get a new window open and you can choose to upload from your photo library

I think it's just changed cos you always had to use photobucket

Yeah it's changed, I spent ages uploading my pics to photo bucket aswell lol xx
