Can you still use the Ramzy method for predicting gender if you have placenta previa?

I am very interested in this theory but I apparently have placenta previa. So can it still work?

I think it's only effective for very early pregnancy scans and doesn't meant anything beyond about 8 weeks.

Yes. Very early on its not even a placenta yet, and it moves as it grows. I've never read anywhere that you couldn't and I've read about it a lot.
