Does anyone here ever have days where they don't physically feel pregnant? I still feel sick and dizzy in the morning but because i'm not constantly sick like I used to be I start worrying.
Also my breasts have stopped hurting and I did have a nice bump developing, until i realised i hadn't been to the toilet in like 4 days, so now I have finally managed to go (sorry tmi) my stomach is flat again.
I have had problems with the baby so i think it may be paranoia, but i haven't had bleeding or cramps or anything worrying like that.
Do any of you experience days where you feel relatively normal again or not? xx

I definately don't feel sick anymore, and my breasts have stopped being sore as well. I had a little layer of fat before I became pregnant so my tum doesn't really go "flat" but when I was around 15-16 weeks my bump would seem to "disappear", especially when I'd use the bathroom.

But, just to ease your mind, you should see your doc/mw just to be sure everything is fine. And everything probably is. :hugs:

Im 16 weeks and i don`t feel sick anymore as i used to be. I`m actually enjoying my pregnancy more now. But my breasts are still sore and saggy which i hate as they tend to grow bigger. The nauseas which i usually had before kind of stopped which is very comforting as it used to take all my energy out. Been reading books about giving birth and labour pains and it scares me thinking how its painful it can be. But getting to see my baby after all this pain would be the happiest moment of my life.

Welcome to the second trimester love. I felt the same way at 16 weeks. My 1st trimester symptoms were gone, and it was too early for the baby to be moving, so I didn't feel pregnant. It's just the hormones are changing and you are moving forward in your pregnancy. In a few weeks, you bump will be there, mine popped at 18 weeks. You will get used to the lack of nausea. My boobs are also no longer sore, but my nipples still kill me sometimes.

Hi :hi:
Im sure there is nothing to worry about....i had the same sort of thing!!

I was sick like clockwork everyday at the same time and with the boobs hurting then at about 16 weeks it all just stopped completely which worried me too after it was all being so normal and regular.
I had a midwife appointment booked for the following week and as no bleeding or cramping i thought i would wait until then.

Luckily in a way i had to go to the mainland twice in that week which meant getting on a bus, ferry, car and OMG!! Rice grain(bump) didnt like it one bit,i was puking all over the place  (sorry tmi too) In a way it was good that i had that as it put me more at ease then when i went to the midwife she checked the heartbeat and all was fine :happydance:
I hope this helps you feel more comfortable but if in any doubt whatsoever please contact your midwife......or go on a long winding bus journey

When is your next app? maybe they could get you in just in case and that would lower your worries=less stress for bubs :hugs:

As for the not feeling pregnant i still get that now when i think im superwoman :ninja: and can lift anything and put furniture together etc.
I still havn't told my work as my bump just looks like i had too many chocs over xmas!!

Let us know what you do and how you get on xxx

When I was about 16wks I didn't feel pregnant either. Like, at all. It was kinda scary, but kinda nice at the same time. I would actually have a few hours where I would forget that I was. Now that Peanut is moving around and I can feel it...I feel pregnant again. Enjoy the non-pregnant feeling and get stuff done now while you can!

Some days I still don't feel pregnant, it's not until I look down and I can't see my feet anymore as bump and boobs are in the way lol! As I never had morning sickness and I still don't have cravings it's the kicks that give me a slight hint when I forget XD

i always feel like this, but i have some movement now and then so that makes me feel better and i do have a bump but i just sometimes forget that and think its how ive always looked.

i think its totally normal to have your symptoms start going away now and have a period until you feel the baby- where u feel kinda neutral
dont worry :)

Thank you.
My next midwife appointment is tomorrow (monday) so I don't have long to wait at all. Yes I think thats what worried me is from being sick and feeling sick constantly to hardly anything. I still don't feel "normal" or how I did before pregnancy, so know my lil boy is still there. I just can't help but worry. xx

Sounds like me. I don't really feel or look pregnant. I don't have a bump just a lot of bloating-I'd rather have the cute bump! My boobs aren't significantly bigger, and they don't hurt anymore.

I felt the baby move a few times which only brought temporary feelings of being pregnant.

I didn't really feel pregnant from about 13 weeks, until 19 weeks. Even now I don't feel pregnant sometimes. Really only when I feel the baby move and when I put on jeans and they don't fit my tummy.

Sometimes I still don't feel pregnant until I feel a good kick and then it all comes back to me LOL!

I haven't really had any pregnancy symptoms since i was 10 weeks. I used to get all day nausea although never sick, but this went about week ten. I have been for scan at 12 weeks 6 days and baby was fine.

Sometimes i dont feel pregnant and have to stop myself from doing things that i shouldn't!

Ive gone back to feeling normal now... the sickness and sore boobs have gone, the only thing now is that my bladder is the size of a pea.

Apart from that I just feel normal which Im grateful for after the morning sickness!

xxx

I remember worrying at about 16 weeks that I didn't feel pregnant anymore. Then my bump grew, my boobs started leaking and baby started to really kick.
