I heard it’s way more common to have canker sores during pregnancy but I don’t recall having them with my 2 previous kids. I did have them before and after.

A few days ago I realized I had one on the side of my tongue and it’s so frustrating. I have pyralvex from a few months ago that I used for canker sores but since one of its ingredients is salicylic acid I’m assuming I shouldn’t use it?

What else could I do to make it stop hurting?

B complex is good to take and usually keeps them away. If i have one i put salt straight on it. Burns it like crazy then kinda numb. Or normal people swish with salt water.

Thank you. I think, like you, I’d prefer to put salt on it for the numbing effect.
