Can't add pics to threads?

Tried to add a photo of my son Nicky to the thread 'Introduce Your Toddler' in Tollder & Preschool. I selected a pic, and pressed upload. It looked to be loading but after a few minutes with nothing more happening, it came up with some sort of error message, not from bnb, but from my computer saying t's timed out or something. I logged out, tried again and for 10 minutes it just said it was uploading but it never completed. I did try through photobucket as well but no luck. What to do? I have added pictures to posts before (back in March) with no trouble

If you timed out on photobucket then it will be your computer.

Try clearing your cache, possibly even reset your router if you are having connection issues. If you said it was just BnB I would ask you to check the file type and the file size. Max file size 512.0 kb

Well it didn't time out on photobucket it was just taking a long time and I got impatient (after like 10-15 minutes and it was at 29% only). My husband said the broadband is congested. So that probably explains it. Thank you

That might be internet connection problem, contact your ISP
