cant catch my breath!

i keep getting pains across the top of my tummy that literally take my breath away.
i don't think i have had any braxton hicks, well i might have but ive not felt any!
but ive suddenly started getting these.

what could it be?

could well be braxton hicks if baby has a leg in a wonky position it can hurt over the top of your bump or it could be baby pushing up agasint the top of your uterus if they really bug you get checked by a MW
