Can't edit post?

I accidentally made a typo in a post and I can't seem to find any way to edit it...I did a search on the forum and someone said once you have 5 posts, you should see a button that says 'edit' along the bottom of the post with the reply ones, but that hasn't happened for me yet?

Yes, it showed up after my 10th post I noticed and not the 5th like that thread said. Thanks for the follow-up!

^it can sometimes take the forum a bit to update your permissions. It looks as though all of your posts were relatively close together which is probably why it took a bit longer for you to get the edit function.
