Can't find User CP in the new layout?

Hi, as the title says, I'm keen to check in on some threads I'm involved in and would normally catch up in new posts on these through the user cp, is there a simple way to get there or am I just not seeing it? Cheers

If you click on "watched threads" it will show you the posts that you have replied to if there are any new responses

Cheers. I'd not noticed anything about the upgrade so was surprised today, I've had a bit of a chance to look around now. X
