Can't sleep ...

I don't know if it's because I have my scan tomorrow or because DH is working nights or because it's just me and DD at home but I can't sleep ... I have tried everything! I have been in bed for 2 hours now and I'm still awake

Hey why don't you get up and make a nice drink and try again.
Got any lavender? It's quite early to be in bed 2 hours, maybe you just don't need quite so much sleep?
