can't wait for the 1st trimester to be over!

is it just me or does anyone just want the 1st trimester over!! I feel safer in my 2nds trimester!
I'm thinking every bad little ache and pain is going to be bad! This is my 2nd pregnancy i'm just not feeling as confident with it as my last!
hurry up 2nd trimester!! xx
p.s congrats to u all who got ur BFP'S! does any1 have a feeling they know what their havin??? I'm thinking girl!

The first trimester does seem to go on forever. Most of it is due to the apprehension about a viable pregnancy. It is also due to the fact that the first trimester one doesn't usually feel too pregnant, causing more anxiety.

I found the third trimester went on forever too. More anxieties about the birth of the baby, the anticipation, etc.

I completely understand, I could not wait for the first trimester to be over with, of course once it was a whole new set of worries developed but I think that's pretty normal! I think my bump is a boy but we'll see!

I know exactly how you feel. I am the exact same. Any mild cramps or pains that i get, get me so worried. I keep thinking, " is this normal or is it a sign that something bad is happening". I get so paranoid sometimes.
I cant wait till 1st trimester is over with and i cant wait till i get my first scan.
Once i get my scan and everything seems to be as it should then i think that i will calm down a lot more and stop worrying myself so much.

I completely agree! I just seem to go from one worry to another. I can't seem to look past my pregnancy to the baby actually being here. I keep thinking something will happen along the way. Is this normal or am I being a little bit depressing - can't seem to help it.
I really want to enjoy my pregnancy and fingers crossed that once I'm in the 2nd tri i'll calm down xx xx Here's hoping! xx xx

I feel exactly the same. I'm hoping i'll be a little happier when i have my 1st scan next week. I'm convinced i'm having a girl.

Im not sure about what im having, but some peole think girl, and one friend is convinced im having twins!!! :O

The first trimester does seem the longest, especially if you're really sick like I was or have other symptoms, but believe me after you get to the second trimester time flies!! If you get one of those tickers for your signature, you'll be surprised how fast the weeks go by!

, I've turned into a raving loony during this pregnancy! All I do is think baby & worry about eveything! I talk to my belly & ask if its ok, look at my boobs in the mirror & contemplate whether they've shrunk or not & dread every time I go to the loo just in case! I've also rented a fetal doppler!
So even if you think you're a bit mad don't worry theres always someone far more insane out there!

Im worried alot more this time around, I think its becuase I am older, this one was planned and I am more aware of the things that can happen.

I am really worried about the scan..I feared to death that there will be nothing there! Even thoguh I feel pregnant...sick and tired all the time..I still worry nothing will be there!

cant wait til 2nd tri to stop feeling so sick too!

thankgod 4 that, i couldn't sleep last night i ust keep fearing the worst! with my 1st i didn't know what to expect! sometimes i wish i hadn't found out so early with this 1!! this i gonna be a long wait till my scan!!
