Hi all,
Wonder if someone can help me! I've bought a pram bugaboo cameleon, and have decided to have either the Cabrio fix or Pebble car seat.
Am a bit confused, what the main differences are with these two other than the price? Can any one help or recommend one over the other.

Thanks
Lucy

think pebble just newer version i hsve pebble love it x

On the Pebble I think the straps are easier to change so rather than having to un thread them to change the height you can slide something up at the back and it is done. It also seems to have more of a laying down position. When putting your baby in you can clip the straps out of the way so that they dont flap in the way. The sun canopy fixes to the carry handle better as it now has rubber bits that slip over the hooks where as the cabrio-fix just has holes in the material kind of thing and slips off easily. If you have the pebble on the family fix base (which is also more expensive than the normal isofix base) you can put the seat in a bit more of an upright position so that baby has more leg room as he/she gets older.

I think the cabrio is a bit bigger so will last the baby a little longer, but the pebble is in a more lie flat position so the baby can breathe easier. When we were looking the lady in Mothercare told us the pebble is the best seat they sell in her opinion.

We ended up buying a Pebble - it just looked somewhat better construction and adjustability (is that even a word???) than the CabrioFix, but safety-wise they should be pretty much the same.

i got maxi cosi and i love it pebble is looking pretty but is almost 0.5 kg heavier than maxi cosi we pick maxi cosi because i was going to have c-section and i wanted lighter.
