arent you worried about losing movement of your thumb and little finger? how is your scar?

Whats to worry about? My scar is fine and hand fit as a fiddle,all is A1 perfect I wont lose movement in little finger and thumb! My wrists killed before and fingers tingled but thats it. All different for everyone I guess
