Cats 3rd eyelid

My cats eye has been like this since Saturday and now you can see her left eyelid is red.

I'll be taking her to the vet tmw but any idea what it is?

I see a little eye gunk is that normal for her? She sneezing? Eating/drinking?

Could be allergies or a cold. As long as she is eating and drinking waiting till tomorrow is ok. Look into l lysine to help support immune. They have something by Vetoquinol-Viralys. Made just for cats. I have 8 so I just buy the l lysine powder to boost them.

I know a few of my cats have colds at moment and no biggie as long as they are not to sick to eat. If that happens warming the food so they can smell it better helps.

She sometimes has her 3rd eyelid showing but it's gone the next day but I've never seen it red.

She seems ok in herself and has been eating but has been wanting a lot more fuss that usual and has been sleeping a fair amount today

She has an eye infection and has been given eye drops. Thanks for the reply x
