It is looking like I am entering my 3rd cycle using the CBEFM. I am so fed up with TTC and want some reassurance from those that got pregnant from using the monitor. I know 5 people that are pregnant right now (friends and family).
I am 36 years old and will be 37 next year in July. I went to see an OB/GYN in the same practice for my annual in Mid-September (my doctor wasn't available and had to use one of the other doctors because of my work schedule). She told me if not pregnant by March of 2012 then to come back for infertility testing. However, my doctor said she will run more blood tests this fall if no pregnancy. I am listening to her and have requested having 3 day bloods and day 21 bloods repeated (I did day 21 bloods at the beginning of August before starting to use the monitor). I was told my progesterone was low but normal and to have it repeated this fall if we are not pregnant. I wasn't really tracking my cycle when I did the last blood work except for tracking my CM, My cycles has been at 27 days. Since my progesterone was low and if repeated would still be low, do you think I should request to be referred to an RE? I know insurance will not pay for infertility treatments and the high cost of it all isn't really in the budget now.
I have tested already and of course...a BFN. No symptoms whatsoever. I just need to POAS and move on. I have been TTC since March of this year. I am so tired of every 2WW now.
