CD 29 and left ovary pinching??

I'm having some left ovary pinching/slight pain. Almost throbbing. It started last night and sometimes it's uterine pinching too.
My test was - this morning
My cycles are 31 days
Anyone know what it could be??

Sounds promising! If it's implantation then you won't get a positive test for a couple days. Fingers crossed for you!!

I am only 5 dpo but woke up this morning with a similar pain. It was like a throbbing feeling around my hip. Stood up to get water and it became a much more intense pulling/painful sensation from hip to lower right abdomen. Hopeful!! But knowing I can't test for a few more days is driving me crazy!

I am currently having this strange hip area pain!! Last night when i wiped, i had very light pink spotting. Thought AF showed so put a pad on overnight. Nothing at all when i woke up this morning and nothing when i wiped.

Strange feelings all day though, like cramping but not painful, just uncomfortable! lower back/hips/just all over really, hard to describe! Not long ago i just had more light pink spotting when i wiped though. Feel like it could be AF. But i GUESS it could be implantation?!

My cycles have been 37 days, 41 days and 42 days the last 3 times, and today is CD 36. So im similar, waiting, waiting...
