CD1 anyone?

Hi i am also cd1 today & started vitex yesterday so hoping it works. How long have you been trying hun? I been trying for #2 affer mc in Nov last year onto cycle 7 of trying but had late ovulation last cycle & a 34/35 day cycle usual is 28 days

Hey. I came off the pill over 2 years ago and had 4 cycles where I appeared to ovulate (temping). Then I had a cycle that lasted over a year when I wasn't ovulating. I got put on metformin by fertility specialist as I have PCOS and that didn't have any effect then I upped the dosage and had a period. But then yet again I had a super long cycle and no more periods. I have had every test done including testing for blockages etc and all come back ok so I have been back on the pill for 2 months to see if I induce ovulation again when I come off. This is my first cycle off the pill so I hope I ovulate. I am taking pregnitude as of today to try and encourage ovulation and I am still on the metformin. Have been for over 6 months now.

So in answer to your question technically over 2 years however as I wasn't ovulating it was never going to happen lol.

At the moment I am only getting old brown blood when wipe and on a tampon so not sure if it counts as CD1 unless I start seeing more fresh red lol.

What day do you normally ovulate on? Are you temping? Xx

Took me 5 years to conceive my first so i can relate somewhat, after tests they found low ovulation levels so conceived him on clomid but in 12th month of being on clomid before they were going to refer me for iui.
I never temped up until today. Last year when started ttc #2 conceived second cycle off pill but mc & now struggling again gling onto 7th cycle. Started vitex though this hopefully it helps as my cycles gone abit out of whack. Hopefully our bodies sort themselves out i'm started to worry now so started temping to see if i am ovulating

Have you looked into a natural alternative? I just recently started looking into it & i'm sure it said vitex could help with alot of problems that your facing too maybe look into it
