CD13 should I be worried I've had no near + or + OPK?

My cycle is 28 days and regular, however:

* Baby is 4 months (just over)
* Last cycle was shockingly 17 days late

Am I NOT going to ovulate this cycle? Should I be worried I have not yet detected a surge? Is there still time for me to have the LH surge?
I am using IC OPK and CB digital OPK.

Lines are not even darkening, they are very very light.

I didnt get a positive op until this morning at CD16, you still are well within a chance of ovulating

Thank you! I really do hope so! Just seems silly testing twice a day for a + when it doesn't seem to be happening
