Cd14 and bleeding again :(

I really hope this is just down to my wacky body still recovering.

I MC naturally on 9th November, AF arrived 34 days later and lasted 6 days. Was a normal period.
And now I'm CD14 I have woken up to light bleeding and cramps :\

Iv recently had blood work done at the doctors too and my results were normal.

Has anybody else had this after a loss?
Could it just be my body settling down still?
Also will I still ovulate? Or could I skip it this month due to the bleeding.
I hate these confusing cycles

I had mid cycle bleeding for several months after my miscarriage in March. My OB said that it sounded like ovulation bleeding but I'm not so sure. Do you usually ovulate around this time? I would dtd in case it is ovulation bleed.

That's what I have read about, ovulation bleeding, but someone mentioned that with ovulation bleeding you shouldn't have period like cramps,and it shouldn't be red like a period. Well mine is like this,started off brown spotting this morning and now I'm lightly bleeding red with mild cramps :\
I only track ovulation by EWCM but I think I ovulate between cd14-cd18
Only time I have had mid cycle bleeding was in August when I found out it was actually a chemical loss and I never even knew I was pregnant as I was not testing.
But I know I'm not pregnant as before AF we had been using protection as I wanted to wait a cycle.

So confused. Think I'll put it down to the miscarriage...
