CD3 and just started soy, anyone else?

Last night I had really sharp pains in my leg from the soy and lots of nausea I try to take them before bed time to avoid the symptoms only lasted for about 45minutes after I took them first time I experienced this pain not like last month but I'm still hopeful... not complaining....

Hi ladies. Well I've been having quite sharp pains today, so hopefully the egg is near by lol. Been out all say so didn't get a chance to do opks bit BD this morning anyway, will do a few tomoro and post the pics.

So how are you all? To the ladies feeling different, has to be a good thing right ? At least we're all getting some kind of response to them. Just hope we can all be getting our BFP together then we can all be bump buddies too lol xx

Yesterday was my last day of soy!!! I'm so excited to start opk, hopefully this is the month for us!!! Did I mention how excited I am to get my BFP this month wont get my self down if it doesnt happen this month next month will be just as exciting, but the game plan is a BFP by this x-mas!!!!

Hey are you taking soy this month it really helps for ladies like myself with longer cycles. My normal cycles are 35-36 days the soy bumped my cycle to 28 days and I O'd on the 14th however Hubby was on a business trip during the O so... this month I'm hopeful.

I'm excited for you! I didn't get sore boobs however I got mild cramping along with nausea and slight finger twitch,,, I knew it was the soy making my hand twitch because this month it happened again very minimal so.... yesterday was my last dose of soy my cd-1 started on the 4th, I took the soy cd3-7, and its supposed to work like clomid making ladies O within 5-10 days after the last dose.... but I have heard opposite stories also. ...

So far I don't have any side effects from the 2 days of soy I've had so far. I did 80mg the first night then 120mg last night and will do 120mg again tonight then 160mg then 200mg on the last night. Hope it works for me. I need to go get some OPKs quick though if you ladies are Oing extra early on this. I did have a high temp this morning for Pre O temps. I didn't temp on time though either so maybe it was just that.

Hi! I'm on cd19 as it says in my siggy. Waiting to O and coming to terms with the fact that soy doesn't work for me any longer. It only worked the first time when I did O on cd14 and got my BFP too.

Hope you'll be as lucky as I was then!

I did then just like you and create a thread with a diary of my soy cycle. Now is in the TTC Buddies forum if you want to join or have a look. "Let's welcome soy to this cycle!!" is called.
