CD36. No af, bfn and really emotional. Anyone else?

Hi, this is only my first month of TTC and AF is late. I am always 28 days and it just seems bizarre that I still haven't had AF. I did a preg test yesterday and was BFN. I don't have sore boobs or cramping, just really emotional like AF is about to start and a sicky feeling. I don't know when I ovulated as I don't do the tests but just lots of BD.

Anyone else in this situation?

Yes, you're not the only one... my AF is late too, roughly by 5days - 8 days.
My tests were all BFN too.
I have no sign of AF coming, and starting to get very worried and extremely confused, possibility I will see a GP next week sometime!!

I'm thinking I might do that too. Do you know if they would do a blood test? I've heard some GPs make you wait a while to see if period starts.

It's so frustrating isn't it?

I've had exactly the same thing too. I would imagine that the GP would do a blood test or make you come back in a fortnight for a blood test....

Its weird, i keep thinking AF has arrived but nothing, Ive got to the point of although i dont want to see her, i would rather know one way or the other whats going on.At least if she turned up i could just accept it and get on with trying next cycle.

Is soooo frustrating!

hi ladies im exactly the sam i was due on wednesday took a test friday BFN , i have heartburn at night im extremely tired and i also check cervix position its high hard and tightly closed which appernetly is a good sign i will test again tomorow

You say your periods were always 28 days...was this on BCP?

Hiya!! If this is your first mth TTC and you are over-thinking/stressed then it coud delay onset of AF!! Really hope that's not the case and you get your BFP!! Lots of babydust being sent your way!!

Same same same. A week late now, tested 3 days ago and got BFN..thinking to test today again...hoping its a BFP! No cramps, sore boobs just very emotional like you described. Good luck to you girl!

had to post as I had a very similar thing in the first month of TTC.
I felt really sick, sore boobs and AF was really late. I did several tests, all of which were BFN except one which had a very faint positive line....

My AF turned up a few days later and it was much heavier and more painful than usual. I've had a read up in my book, and it could've been a 'chemical pregnancy' where the egg is fertilised, but it doesn't implant properly. Apparently this can happen quite often.

am not saying this is what it is in your case, as you never know, you might just get that BFP and that's why you're late! But thought I'd share with you as I know how confusing and emotional it can be.

Hi girls, thanks for your kind words. Unfortunately I got AF yesterday, just shows all the emotional feelings were due to dear old AF! Well, there's always next month.

Well at least u know Im 9 days late now, no signs of AF , BFN yesterday.. altho i have been emotional and easily irritated, today boobs hurt just a little..so idk i am confused and dont wanna spend more $$ on tests..maybe a blood test if the witch doesnt show up for another week

I don know how old this thread is but im in the same boat too and going mental Help!

Ok so im on CD 36, dont know when or if i Ov'd this month, i've done 2 tests both BFN's but no sign of AF at all, i was a bit crampy and bloated on cd30 and felt sure she was on her way but nothing, i've had some stabby like pain in my sides, both sides (not like period pain)and Creamy CM for at least the last week, i had BFN on cd 31 & 35.

No pregnancy symptoms as such except feeling a bit emotional and being hungry all the time but it could be normal pre AF'ness.
Last time i was pregnant (I had a MMC) i didn't really have any symptoms either no MS or sore boobs, no symptoms at all that i can remember just excessive peeing, i dont knonw if im peeing a lot now, Hmm maybe i am i dont know.
