So this may be a little long so bare with me!

I am currently on CD38 and I usually have a pretty regular 27-29 day cycle with more times than not getting AF on CD28. Last month I went on Vacation and was supposed to get my period on 5/4 but I took Norethisterone to delay my period which is basically progesterone. I took it for 5 days and than stopped and got AF 5 days later. Now I took opks but didn't get a positive by CD15 and ran out (im kicking myself for not buying more! :dohh:) but based upon CM I am assuming I O'd between CD20-23 (I knew O could be delayed slightly). I had some spotting on Monday CD34 (Implantation maybe) and nothing since. and have been testing since CD30 and all are BFN. I have a doctors appointment next week but I am going a bit crazy as my period has never been this late.

Any Ladies get a BFP 14DPO or later?? I am wondering if I have any hope or if this is some long drawn out cycle.

Hello! Remember this is the TTC#1 board so most of us have never seen a positive pregnancy test so you may get more answers if you post this in the regular ttc forum. If you are in fact 14dpo and still testing negative you probably are not pregnant. There is a small percentage of women who don't build up enough HcG to turn tests positive until later in their pregnancies. I always think its best to think of myself as the rule and not the exception or I drive myself crazy with the "whats ifs"! You could have ovulated later than you thought and be pregnant or for some reason your period can just be stubborn as hell right now and you may need a little help getting it started. I am wondering if whatever you took to delay your period while on vacation is messing with this cycle??? Regardless, keep on testing and keep us posted on what happens.

That totally makes sense I will definitely post this question in the TTC board. I am not trying to get my hopes up but just curious if anyone else experienced getting a BFP past 14DPO. The Progesterone also helps women regulate their cycles so I would hope it wouldn't make my cycle irregular. Lol but thanks for the input!!!
