Cd43+ after miscarrage. BFNs!

Hi ladies, This is my first post/thread ever. I'm really hoping I can get some answers to all or some that is happening to me. I had a Mc on valentine's day of all days, after trying for over a year. I have a 3 year old beautiful daughter who wants to be a sis. I was very early on, no more than 6 weeks, never made it to my 1st prenatal since we had just found out. I took a pregnancy test 2 weeks later and my hcg levels I guess were 0 it came back negative. Had a oPk on 3/11 and baby danced every other day for 2 weeks. Had cramping last weekend but not to bad. My boobs have been feeling weird. Full and sore to the touch but not painful and my nips have that tingly feeling you get after breastfeeding. I'm going crazy I've taking 5 pregnancy test and they have all been BFNs! Please and advice, I'm desperate, I don't have health insurance and haven't done a follow up Dr's visit for that same reason. I'm trying to see if any of you went through this and it's some what normal.
