central heating is giving me headaches..

its not carbon m but the heat is making me get horrid headaches.. anyone else? ive got to have it on because my son will be freezing.. ive wrapped us up in the day to avoid it.. but its making me feel rough xx

Yes me, I always get headaches when the heating is on. It makes me feel lethargic and horrible its weird but I know exactly what u mean xx

Have you made sure you have clean air filters in your furnace? You may also want to get the air ducts cleaned out.

ugh, I have the vent to my bedroom closed and a pair of jeans over it, CANT stand it! the cold air doesn't bother me, but ughhh the heat just gets to me!

thanks girls glad its not just me.. ive had the boiler serviced and everything.. its like katree says makes me feel lethargic and horrible aswell as the bad head..maybe i will turn the living room radiators off and let the warm air travel thru from the other rooms or something.. xx
