Cerazette an antibiotics HELP!!

Hey lovely ladies I need a little advise iv been on the Cerazette pill for nearly 2 years and never had a bleed I was put on antibiotics last week and told this would not affect my pill but mmmmm it sure hAd the worse period ever I have been in agony this Cerazette is a prostregone only pill and antibiotics according to nhs website affect it and clear it out I have now stopped the tablets because my period is unbearable iv been in agony for 4 days does anyone know how long it will take for the pill to kick back In thanks xxx

Sorry you never got any replies- hopefully all is sorted out now. I would assume it would be similar to not taking the pill- if you skip 1 day, your still covered, more than that, you need back up till your next cycle of pills.

Probably not much help now though... frustrating the doc that prescribed the antibiotics didn't know that!
