Ceredigion - hotels to stay in?

long shot but.....

we are going to quay west haven in south west wales - we want to stay in a hotel 2 nights before we can book into haven but have no clue if theres hotels/premier inns ect around.

any body know? x

I've just come back from Cardigan (bout 20 mins from Newquay) it's in Ceredigion.

It was lovely, there's a few pics in my journal if you're interested.
