My endo has progressed in the last few months. Quite a bit actually and its now on the outside of my cervix and on my vagina. I also have 3rd degree bladder prolapse, 2nd degree rectal prolapse, and 2nd degree uterine prolapse. So ive been advised to have #3 sooner rather than later.
So we have decided to NTNP, but im just wondering how cervical dialation will be effected because of the endo tissues on my cervix. Will it prevent dilation? Or have complications like that?
Ive given birth, vaginally, twice without any issues, but i also didn't have the endometrial tissues on my vagina or cervix at the time, so this time is a lot different and im worried. How will i know if this is going to cause issues with dilation. Id like another homebirth, but need to plan if this could be a problem.
