Hiya, It's so nice to hear from other ladies going through the same thing here

I had mine put in just before 14 weeks. My daughter was born at 21 weeks due to my cervix fully opening... no pain,no bleeding, no warning
This time round they insisted on a advanced mcdonald stitch. Stayed in overnight and was fine then 3 days later had massive bleeding of clots...all fine , it was just clots that had built up behind the cervix during surgery. Been ok since. I will have the stitch removed at 36 weeks and then the plan was to see if I went in to labour.... however, I have severe SPD and round ligament pain coupled with easilhy dislocating hips and bulging dics in my back.... and breathe... lol.... so it seems that may be enough to warrant a Csection

not what I wanted but to be honest I just want little one here safely. I absolutly cannot mentally go through what I did when I lost Angelika. I pray everyday that this little one will make it.
I am interested to know what type of rest/activities people have been told to do or avoid. For me... no sex, no orgasm, no lifting, no housework, no walking more than 10 mins. I am signed off work again because I cannot sit at my desk for 8 hours ...the pressure and pain I get low down is terrible! Just not sure what to do! On the plus side I am seen by the consultant every 2 weeks and scanned. Like I say, I am just praying xxx
