Cervix checkers who have given birth before

Has anyone checked cervix for ovulation signs before and after having a baby? Or anyone TTC #2+ and checked when TTC#1.

I thought I ovulated a few days ago, but then didn't dry up. Today cervix is very open, much more so than during ovulation before I had a vaginal birth. Anyone else had this experience?

do you use opk's or chart ? after a baby your cervix is always more slightly open apparently

That's funny you should mention the not drying up, as I seem to be getting ewcm and it lasts from cd12 until AF!! V confusing! I don't check my cervix though so no idea there! Although it used to be a nightmare getting smear tests as the nurse would say my cervix was really far back, but my smear after birth, the nurse said she could find it easily so it's obviously changed position!

I have 3 kids & honestly, my cervix ALWAYS feels open. I try not to judge anything by it! I feel like it never changes!
