Chances of getting pregnant night before positive opk?

Been trying since Feb..got pregnant with my son on my second cycle and that was doing it just once night of my positive opk..really giving up hope. Seen a medium and she told me I've a tilted womb which apparently happened after I gave birth and told me to get my husband to enter in from behind so that was our first month doing it that way plus we used conceived plus if it doesn't happen this time I'm seriously going to loose hope 😞 And now I'm raging I didn't wait until positive opk but done it the night it was so close to being positive.

I think there could still be a chance, since sperm can live up to 5 days, but 24-48 hr on average, good luck!
