Change in feeding pattern/growth spurt

My LO is 13 weeks on friday and had started sleeping through the night for a week there but the past couple of nights has started getting up for a bottle again,he took ages to go back to sleep last night and i ended up having to put on another bottle after him draining 7oz,he took another 3. Now i would think growth spurt as he's getting up again and was quite sleepy yesterday but he's not taking more than usual during the day??? Has anyone else had this with LO? Please tell me he'll go back to sleeping all night lol.... its surprising how tiring it is after getting used to full nights sleep only after a week of it.Its possible he's just changing his pattern again and all joking about him sleeping all night aside,thats ok but just wanted to know if anyone had similar and what they did to help LO....i know when i tell my mum her reaction will be he needs more ie hungrier baby milk,'something' in bottle and im not willing to do either unless i know he really does need it,im happy with what he's doing and how he's doing it but should i change his feeding pattern to make sure he's getting enough? as it is he feeds 6oz (average) every 3 hours but can go past it so do you think im best making sure he's getting it every 3 hours on the dot? Its just with him getting up after getting into a routine im worried that he isnt getting what he should from milk (sma gold),personally im going to see how things go the next week incase it is a growth spurt but what do you ladies think from own experience? Is this the age for growth spurt and is his pattern the norm for one?

With dd i can remember her starting to sleep all night and then started getting up again and i put her on hungrier baby milk when i now know could have been a growth spurt so i want to be sure with him.
