im a bit worried at the moment , as the last 2 months my peroids have only lasted 2 days & not very heavy but they have always lasted 4-5 days before im 38 so just wondered if this has happened to anyone else , the last 2 months i have been taking hair , skin & nails vitamins but i don,t think that should have anything to do with it , violet
