Changed him to SMA White but...

he is still soooooo cranky....before a feed, during a feed and after a feed!
He was like this on SMA Gold, so we switched him over as he was always sooo hungry, but it still seems he is. We've upped his ounces from 6 to 7, and most times he drains the bottle.

What to do please... I really am being drove up the wall

How long has he been on it for? I know when i tried different milk for Jac before he seemed to guzzle it down 1st few days till he got used to it and then he settled down.
Im going to try the white today as Jac seems unsettled between feeds the past week.....he's not crying for food but i know he'd take a bottle every 2 hrs given half the chance but i can stretch it to 3-3 1/2 hrs.

One question though...do you need a faster teat for the SMA white...or hungry baby food in general?

he's only been on it 2 days. We've changed to stage 2 teats, as he seemed to get really frustrated with his bottle (with stage 1), the hungrier baby milk does seem to be a bit thicker imo x

It might be worth persisting for a few days and see if he settles.

I have a few ready made cartons but ive also bought a tub this morning as i dont think 24 hrs is enough to see a difference.

I tried a level 3 teat (avent) with the ready made SMA white but it seemed too fast but the usual level 2 seems a bit slow.....hmm dont know what to do now.

Is the ready made thinner than the powder so you think? What do you have?

My LO is on Aptamil hungry baby and I agree it does take a while to see a diff.After aprox 10days of been on it he is much more settled between feeds and is def going longer at night between feeds.x
