Changing Avatar Error message

i have go this message when trying to change my avatar

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

How do i contact admin?
 
Its still not working? It uploads the picture but then goes on to that message. I've never had any problems before. Thanks :)
 
Can you provide me with the image you're trying to use? If it's on your computer you can email it to [email protected], if it's on the web you can provide the link.
 
I got the same msg earlier, posted a thread asking about it, and now i cant find my thread... ?

Going to email you my picture too lol but surely we cant keep emailing pics? I change mine monthly :haha:
 
A fellow member who was also having the same problem, suggested I try to download the pic from facebook (I had to upload it first lol) because the file is probably to big and fb pics are always smaller but they looked the same to me. I tried her method and it worked! So try it, I hope it helps ya'll!
 
Just want to note animated images are not permitted.

What size is the image you are uploading from you computer?
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 175 by 150 pixels or 48.8 KB (whichever is smaller).
I just tested this with one of my own pictures and received exactly the same message because the file size was too big! :kiss:
