channel 4.. has anyone noticed?

when they are advertising new programmes which are coming soon, it says like.. for example..

coming september

hopefully.

why the hopefully?! anyone else noticed this? or just me and my OH?!

i havent noticed it but will keep an eye out for it. maybe its incase they have to cancel it.
