Need some insights on my chart pls. Though I feel I'm out since my bbt dropped today. Tested today and bfn My cycles are 29 days

How long have you been charting? How does this compare to others? There are tons of possible reasons for temp variations.

As PP said, we would have to look at minimum 3 charts (3 consecutive months) to have a good idea of why your temp dropped because your BD timing and ovulation looks good.

Also, there could be an error while taking temp, irregular waking times, bathroom trips at night, sleeping late or changes in room temperature (use of an AC/fan/heater). These things affect your BBT.

Hi ladies
So il attach my previous cycles for reference and also of my bfp cycle I conceived my son back in 2016 which might be of some help to others as well.
So today my temp spiked back up to 97.9

Looking at all the charts, I guess you have to look out for temperatures above 98, anything that stays below is not doing any help.
