Hi, this is my first month charting my temps. I started with CD1 which was yesterday, after that unwanted inconvenience they call AF decided to show itself. What I was wondering is how the temps would show you've ovulated or what happens? X

Just temp first thing every morning at the same time before getting out of bed....u will be able to know u ovulation if u see a thermal shift in the pattern of ur chart. FF will mark the ovulation day with a vertical red line to indicate O day and a horizontal line for.ur coverline.....happy charting !

Make sure you temp at the same time every day, before getting out of bed. It helps to set an alarm. Click on my ticker, and you can see how a chart looks with crosshairs for ovulation and a thermal shift pattern.

FF offers a great online charting course for free. Sign up for it, and it will explain everything about charting.

Just try to record your temp every day and FF does all the rest for you. Charting is really easy and you will learn a lot about your body! If these are your first steps with charting, you may find more easy to chart with ovufriend.com. in my opinion it is much easier to use and it has more cycle interpretations for those trying to get pregnant. Good luck!!

Also here you have simple rules how to take your temperature https://ovufriend.com/faq/taking-yo...i-track-of-my-basal-body-temperature,154.html and here how your temp will indicate your ovulation - https://ovufriend.com/faq/detecting...t-ovulation-has-occurred-on-my-chart,193.html

I agree. OvuFriend is great! I've been trying it out for the last couple months. It's easier on the eye too.
