chicken Stew?

How on earth do I make it? We were at OHs aunts over christmas and she gave us a bowl and Amy loved it. I know I sound ridiculously silly asking this, but how do I make it? x

Do you have a slow cooker?

For a chicken stew/casserole...I just tend to cut my chicken up, cut my veg up, put some stock in and let it cook.

Although you could cook a chicken (or buy an already bought one) shred the chicken off it and add it to the stew i.e. carrots, onions, potatoes, swede, boiling water and stock again

don't know if it helps, but this is my fave recipe for chicken stew - I am going to make a huge batch and freeze portions for quick dinners after baby comes. You can pretty much chuck any veg in that you like best though.
