Hiya,

Just though i'd let you know that, i spoke to CB this morning as nearly 8 weeks now, and they said they only revieved mine 5 weeks ago and it normally takes them upto 8 weeks to sort it out, so i gotta wait another 3 weeks, before i hear anything, they will also only start the 1st payment from the 1st month of the child being born.

So i rung up CSA and they said to call them again as soon as i hear form CB to start the CSA claim!!
Also spoke to my council about my benefits and they still cant help me until thats through!!!
So another 3 weeks of struggling for CB, then council take upto 6 weeks to sort out my benefit, so im looking at being screwed until end of december begining of january or bloody brilliant, so girls as soon as had baby send that form out asap, if you csa and benefit depend on them!!!xxx

hugs hun thts terrible i sent mine off on the monday after luisa was born and had the first payment with 3 weeks of sending it off!!!

Nope i asked that, she said i can make a complaint but wont speed anything up etc

You can download the forms frm direct gov, but they also give you a form when you get your bounty pack from hospital xxx

Thats terrible i really hope it all gets sorted soon for you!!

I thought about all the child benefit claim stuff etc etc and decided as LO is due not much before Christmas then i reckoned everything would run slower over the holidays and have been keeping a seperate bank account and putting money in it just in case something goes wrong with maternity allowance, child benefit and tax credits etc and so i wont be completely broke! Im pretty surprised that i even thought of it as usually i dont think about these things! xx

well CB called and said they needed to clairfy some details I.e hollie's birthday so said sept 11, and i said sorry why you asking that as you got my forms had her bc, she said she couldnt answer but my claim will be put through by end of the week, i then said oh is this happening cos i rung up today complaining taking so long, she said she didnt no anything about my phone call earlier, amazing that, fingers crossed get that sorted, next HB and TC xxx
