Waitrose have some children's multivitamins £1 for 60 chewable orange flavour tablets; they contain the same vitamins as the pricier brands and as far as I could tell from the ingredients they are soya and milk free. Definitely are gelatine free as well and have no artificial sweeteners, colourings, flavourings etc. They are made by brunel healthcare; who are a very famous company who make the vertese brand vitamins and supplements, but under the name 'everyday health' I looked on ocado and online generally and it seems they only sell them in store in waitrose.
